Overview

This website and online store are operated under the VEEZIFE brand. The terms “VEEZIFE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. The store is hosted by Shopify, which supplies the commerce platform. By visiting justveezife.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store. If the user does not agree, the store and services should not be used.

1. Online Store Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Users must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store with the consent of a parent or guardian where permitted. The store and products may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes. Users must not introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another person, or misuse customer-service channels.

2. General Conditions

VEEZIFE may refuse or limit service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, legal violations, security risks, or inventory errors. Content transmitted through networks may require technical adaptation; payment data is handled through authorized encrypted payment processes. Store content may not be reproduced, resold, or exploited without written authorization, except as permitted by law.

3. Information Accuracy

VEEZIFE aims to keep store information accurate and current, but minor display variations, typographical errors, or outdated information may occur. Images are illustrative and colors can vary by device. Product specifications are those stated on the relevant product page and should not be inferred from photographs alone. VEEZIFE may correct errors and update information where legally permitted.

4. Products, Prices, and Availability

Products, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Prices are displayed in USD unless the store clearly states otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges may be calculated or disclosed separately. VEEZIFE may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders, or discontinue products, subject to applicable consumer law. A submitted order is not accepted until VEEZIFE confirms acceptance or fulfillment.

5. Orders and Account Information

Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. VEEZIFE may verify an order and may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated for resale, or affected by an obvious error. Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping estimates and procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

The store may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, or links operated by third parties. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. VEEZIFE is not responsible for a third party’s independent services except to the extent required by law.

8. User Content and Feedback

If a user voluntarily submits feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content, the user confirms having the necessary rights and grants VEEZIFE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, malicious, or contain another person’s confidential information. VEEZIFE may moderate or remove prohibited content.

9. Intellectual Property

The VEEZIFE name, logos, store design, original text, graphics, and other brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the store for personal shopping purposes.

10. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the store is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Errors and Omissions

VEEZIFE may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, availability mistakes, or pricing and shipping-calculation errors and may cancel an affected order where legally allowed. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.

12. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the store to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass or discriminate; transmit false information, spam, malware, or tracking code; collect others’ information without authority; interfere with security; or evade technical restrictions. VEEZIFE may suspend access for prohibited conduct.

13. Disclaimers

The store and services are provided with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEEZIFE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEEZIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable consumer rights.

15. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, a user agrees to indemnify VEEZIFE against third-party claims arising from the user’s unlawful use of the store, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

16. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

17. Termination

These Terms remain effective until ended by the user or VEEZIFE. VEEZIFE may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful conduct. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices posted in the store, form the agreement concerning use of the store and replace prior communications on that subject.

19. Governing Rules and Consumer Protection

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to VEEZIFE’s operation, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a non-waivable right or prevents access to a competent court or statutory dispute-resolution process.

20. Changes

VEEZIFE may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, except where law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally valid.
